      Pros

      nothing springs to mind, other than a good canteen...

      Cons

      The interview process is completely dragged out and so OTT for the job position and feels completely that HR use this as a control system, yet the job spec is not what you end up doing. HR create spin and chess game maneuver the entire business. If you like being a robot and pigeon holed then this is the place for you remembering that no bonus or payrise for the past however many years (even though the bonus is selling point to new staff).

      Amazing co-workers and immediate management, strong team ethic.

      Cons

      Ineffective upper management, a very top heavy organization. DD has a lot to offer in services and technologies, but no agility whatsoever and is unable to execute on delivery. Lots of red tape and process encumbering the sales process. DD is unable to retain top talent among engineers and competitors are benefiting, while quarterly layoffs are seemingly random in selection, executed without strategy and erode the morale of those who remain. No company culture beyond what you create among the local team.

      Not many pros other than it might be a way to get some consulting experience on your resume if you are unable to get on at a bigger firm

      Cons

      There is a lack of clear direction from management and high turnover. The things that made the company good before the NTT Data merger are no more.
