      Pros They hire with and without great experience location easily accessible various projects nice colleagues

      Cons No close collaboration between departments Staff turn over is high Corporation Lot bureaucracy and politics Low pay growth. and low chance to change project Quantity over quality

      Disappointing and unrewarding. Mainly focused on turning a profit at the expense of its talent.

      Pros

      Frontline staff are very talented and hard working. Kitchen is full of goodies.

      Cons

      Management out of touch with staff. Expectations set on staff are too high with little incentive, reward or recognition. KPI are unachievable Doesn't pay overtime. Little chance of promotion with in company. Management are very clicky. Only focused on P/L Managers don't practice what they preach. Little training provided Employee support is fractured, HR is focussed only siding with management. Toxic enviroment to continually work in. Micromanagement runs rife by middle management. Employee benifits are pointless. Work enviroment can be toxic demoralising.

      Certain "Directors" are all about their own friends

      ok benefits, they feed you well and you are treated well

      Cons

      Doesn't matter if you inherit a certain "Christian" Director that is more about the people that he's known for years rather than the new person
