      Not sure what the pros are, other than coffee and biscuits, and drinks on Friday night

      Top heavy management, not in touch with front line, Teflon management that point fingers rather than taking responsibility for their own actions. Nepatism with senior management to line their own pockets. Arrogance

      They hire a lot of young, inexperienced engineers Great location within the city, easily accessible Some interesting projects to work on; Employee friendly in some regards. Good people.

      Cons

      HW and SW teams are not collaborating closely; Staff turn over seems to be quite high Heading towards 'corporation' style Lots of bureaucracy and politics Low pay growth.
