      -Numerous accounts located across the US to work with. -Excellent Training Opportunities -Extremely knowledgeable and competent employees

      Cons

      -Worst benefits package I have ever seen -Corporate web portal is abysmal and no visible support or updates -NO TOOLS - EVERYTHING is done in Excel -TxDOT Client is one of the most difficult to work with in the industry due to poor contract management. -No raises in several years, despite stellar performance of the staff

      Good benefits?????? Trying to fill the 20 word min and I won't be forced to dilute the truth. So please read on while I fill the mandated quota!

      Corporate politics stunt career advancement, Hire and fire mentality, they consume acquisitions faster than they digest IP leaving new business and base clients to flounder, No true leadership, steer clear of TEM side, underpaid staff leaving in droves, investment of staff education is selective.
