      The worst company I have ever worked for.

      Pros

      None. Apparently you have to type 20 words in here to reach the minimum. I guess I learned what I don't want to ever have in a work environment.

      Cons

      Extremely high turnover, terrible management, mostly just a reseller of other companies' tools. Their own proprietary offering is uncompelling. They are trying to become a tech company but they are just a lackluster conferencing company. This company is driving themselves to the ground. I have never in my life seen so much turnover of talent. Upper management goes around firing people at random without performance improvement plans or any investment in helping their employees to succeed. Company lacks diversity in leadership. It is a bunch of power hungry egotistical men running the show without embracing any of the values they allegedly endorse. If you are looking for all of the benefits of working in technology - STAY AWAY FROM ARKADIN! I wish I had actually taken these Glassdoor reviews seriously before I accepted a position here. You can find a wonderful work life balance and an environment that promotes inclusion, diversity of thought and contribution at companies in the tech world that are NOT ARKADIN. Beware!

      Great Place to be Used and Abused

      Pros

      Pay was OK. Not Great but OK. My colleagues were excellent. We always made clients projects work in spite of Management making things difficult.

      Cons

      Chronically short staffed. Expected to Work Nights/Weekends to keep ahead of workload on projects with no additional compensation. Benefits were greatly cut this year. Little to no communication from upper management on condition of the business. Recently had layoffs, but those that were cut didn't seem to make any sense. They actually cut some of the highest producing, most experienced employees. Little to no internal movement allowed. Integration of Nexus division was incredibly mismanaged, as well as a complete culture clash.

      Stay away from the Greek branch at any cost !!!!

      No pros. If you value yourself as developer or a human being, stay away from this company at any cost.

      Cons

      - Legacy code - Bad (micro) management - No Scrum or agile or waterfall - No tolerance in learning curve. - No clarity between the management and employees - No plan for the future. Not the near (one month ahead) or any future - "You don't have the time not to find the root cause of the bug". Can you image listening to this while working? For a bug you did not create ? - No work life balance - Unpaid overtime - They will lie to you about many things, like technology toolstack, before hiring you. And when you get hired you'll face different things. - You won't do any actual development. The company undertakes huge EU projects which you simply have to maintain. Big deal
