      Pros

      The biggest pros is ability working for a good client base. And that's it.

      Cons

      This is not the same company had joined before. Now there are plenty of group staff redundancies (people who worked heavily on companies success are just being moved away), no bonuses and pay rises for a few consecutive years (there's always some excuse - we in the UK are doing great but depts in India are not), and a cherry on the cake - shortage of electricity in the IT office. For me it's a clear sign of downfall. Every day opening my computer I am being spammed with tons of emails of how the company is doing great - sorry but I cannot see this 'positive' change. Cannot not to mention about the people who work there. The most toxic bunch I have worked with. Every person tries to get credits for YOUR work. Avoid to avoid disappointment.

      Pros

      The people you work with are generally great to work with.

      Cons

      A toxic environment with constant re-orgs and lay-offs constantly. They don't want to pay commissions so make it extremely difficult to make your numbers. Management is replaced by a certain ethnicity and is becoming racist.
