      Pros

      Something is seriously wrong with the function. They are always in a fire fighting mode. Take my word for it there are no pros whatsoever other than the fact that the role is remote(for time being) and pay is just bad for the work they squeeze out of you.

      Cons

      Too many restructures and lack of clarity in the org Its the norm to work late till 3 am to close the books None cares to take u thru the processes because they themselves never had the process handover to themselves properly and they take out this frustration on you. People are stretched too thin or busy chasing ever changing deadlines and requirements. Highest attrition I have ever seen happen in a short span of time

      Pros

      it is a large company so you can get to work on projects with very tight deadlines.

      Cons

      Always trying to dupe employees. Company keeps making policy so as to skip increments and promotions. Starting policies to micro manage by installing monitoring softwares on laptops. Everyone who can leave is leaving. Company claims to have done good in first quarters but yet have no money for appraisal.
