      - Competitive pay with focused sales compensation plan - They have the size and scope to have credibility and market impact - They can leverage NTT, Inc. market validation

      Cons

      - They are a high cost, low value provider. They recently identified their 'labor rates' as the problem and moved most technical functions to India. Their cost imbalance however is due to their inability to develop innovative and completive solutions/proposals, and their massive delivery inefficiencies.

      No Sympathy for Dedicated Employees

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO. Work from Home policy is very accommodating

      Cons

      Upper management only cares about their shareholders and not the wellbeing of employees who have spent years of for the company. A lot of nepotism in regarding upper management, who place their friends in positions that they are not qualified to have.
