      I did work comfortably from my own home.

      The pay is terrible. Also hired “full time” but considered as temporary for over a year with no raise or benefits. The company false advertised in post!

      Remote working is available Benefits package is ok

      Cons

      No internal learning or training opportunities—especially if you're a tech person; good luck with that. People are assigned to project roles without any prior experience in that skill set Leadership is unapproachable and generally has no clue what’s going on in client projects. Staying on the bench even for a few weeks is likely to put you at risk. Lot of cost cutting & lay offs going around the organization
