Not a good long term job
Pros
The work was easy. Can receive a security clearance if you did not previously hold one. Great stepping stone to a better company / organization. Overall easy money for the job. Opportunity for overtime if you want/need it. Can work from home depending on circumstances.
Cons
The company gave little to no room for growth. The management was poor to say the least. Depending on your leadership, they won't do anything to assist you with issues you are having within your own department. They would rather "settle it in house" than run the risk of getting HR involved for serous matters. I was repeatedly spoken down to, talked to in a condescending manner and management and HR never did anything to create a lasting change in behavior from others. If you wanted to contact the HR department they made it nearly impossible to get an answer in a reasonable amount of time. After Separating they make it difficult to receive your tax information. The time keeping company the use is horrible and not user friendly.
