Poor management, indecisiveness, bad compensation plan. No real plan on how best to compete with other SI's in this cloud, application-centric world we now live in. We are also so inept at the basic blocking and tackling things any SI should be good at - ease of which to do business with, turning around accurate quotes, timely processing of orders and accurately invoicing our clients. We don't do any of this well at all and our clients are firing DD as a result.

This is a warning to all women considering a role with NTT. If you want to be sexual harassed or descriminated against, work for this company. If you want to be constantly thrust into toxic work environments and held back by egotistical, narcissistic men then work for this company. If you want absolutely zero support from management and HR with issue resolution, this is your place. You will not be helped or supported and you will experience outward hatred. There will be nothing you can do as the president of the company fully supports all of it, even with mountains of evidence and proof sitting before him. Men - want an all boys club where you can behave like a jerk and get away with Murder, this is your company. Also, pay is far below what competing firms are willing to pay you for far less problems. This is a staff augmentation company ran by a bunch of mediocre hacks pretending to be real consultants.
