      Pros

      the talent flees very quickly.

      Cons

      There is minimal talent at the EXCO level. The CMO was fourth in line for the job when hired and it shows. The dysfunction is compounded by ineffective and professionally inept HR, Finance and very little experience outside of the vacuum of ZA and Australia both not the epic centers of innovation and talent. The unethical and bear face lying are unprecedented. Only a matter of time before a class action suit. Never consider working here there is not talent or innovation.

      Pros

      Not much to talk about. After a series of acquisitions company has become too big. Lot of clients are moving away and not renewing the contracts

      Cons

      Salaries are not comparable to competition. no growth opportunities for employees. people who know how to work around the system can get their things done but not sincere workers. managers are concerned only about their bonuses.

      Very few pros here to be honest. A handful of staff are ok.

      Cons

      Treat long-standing staff terribly. Failure to pay commission on work that's done, despite it being a complete breach of contract. Margin-driven, not quality-driven.

      I think you may have reviewed the wrong company. We have no office in Farnham and our Recruitment team is based in London and has been since NTT DATA UK was formed. You could be referring to AMTEC/Keane which was a company we bought and in no way reflects the working environment or culture of NTT DATA UK.
