      Terrible HR and immigration

      Brand name? size of the company? not really!!

      Beware of the promises made by HR and immigration , they will try to justify their poor pay touting their immigration expertise. They will mess up your case and will tell you at the last moment that they cant do anything to help. This is an out and out body shop , you cannot expect any promotions and will probably never see your actual managers. They rely on the broken immigration system and exploit workers and once their projects are done, discard them. You would be better off working for one of the smaller shops where at least they will pay you your fair share and make no fake promises. And again , they have the worst immigration team, slow unresponsive and lacking any empathy.

      Pros

      The colleagues are great and it's a pretty relaxed work environment. Everyone in all departments are accessible, and there is room for growth.

      Cons

      Overall, the work load is overwhelming, and for the amount of work done, I feel extremely underpaid. My job role requires a lot more than originally understood, and compensation would be the least Dimension Data could offer their employees. I am overworked and underpaid.
