      Happened to have good boss, some interesting projects, flexible working hours

      Assignment can be way below skillset, job can be boring, salary is a little bit below the market

      Pros

      Flexible working hours that is it. I don't have much to say on this.

      Cons

      Management is not good specially when you are working on Onshore and Offshore Model. No salary increment. Too much of politics and the worst part is, management entertains such politics which is beyond work ethics. Which makes it difficult for people to work here. Work review process needs high time attention, due to poor review process good work is not appreciated which leads to employee demotivation. Don't expect a yearly hike. It doesn't exist here.
