      Pros

      Company has broader footprint in US which can provide with lots of opportunities, if you are willing to move.

      Cons

      After recent takeover by japan mgmt, company size is now way too big making company wide benefits upgrades difficult.

      NTT data (especially noida location) is not at all a good company to work. there are no human values in this company.

      join if want only promotions.

      Cons

      no soical behaviour.....the more buttering you will do the more you will grow here.....no human values.....not at all working environment...especially noida location... you will get only promotion,,,no hike and after some time you will be on such a position that you will not be able to explore job in market.
