      Pros

      You learn a lot because there are many problems to solve, great place to gain experience in how to handle politics at the highest levels. Really depends on which country you work in, Asia HQ will stereotype your performance and behaviour from your first day. So, you either get with the program, and forget about thinking out of the box in today's dynamic market, or risk being shown the door.

      Cons

      Hired to be a scapegoat. Asia HQ is not interested in turning profits, most of the time focused on misguiding the team and making you churn out bags of reports.

      Pros

      I have been able to stay on projects for long periods. I have been with a great client for the past 12 years.

      Cons

      It is a consulting firm which means that you could be unassigned or in between projects which can be stressful.

      Pros

      A 9-5 culture, great location in central sydney. The top brass seem to be steering the company in the right direction.

      Cons

      Middle management seem very unfocused. Too many deadwood managers who seem to wield a lot of power from the old days. A bit chaotic within.
