Induction program is bad, you have a lot of free time in your hands, the HR needs to improve, the integration between different departments has to improve

Work is challenging, but there is a strong culture of very helpful colleagues, so it makes life bearable. Good support from management.

Cons

Resources can be incredibly limited. This means your colleagues and yourself may be handling multiple long-drawn projects are any time. This makes work/life balance extremely challenging. If you handle single or a few projects, team resourcing may be an factor affecting delivery. Working on several consecutive weekends is not uncommon.
