      pay is good for fresher. enough time to grasp basics is given ,process training by the manager is beneficial for new joiners

      increments are pathetic. and chances for promotion are very low.

      Extreme work load - they extract their pound of flesh (but you can't expect the big bucks and not gave to work hard). The business over estimates it's managed services capabilities.
