      Job security, they are the 6th largest IT service company. You get plenty of opportunity if you are willing to relocate or travel. Good leadership and vision. Lot of growth opportunities

      Compensation is average, its tied with the growth and no standard policy on time bound salary revisions.

      - Salary is ok, it pays the bills

      Cons

      - No work/life balance - Set up like a staffing agency, could lose your contract at any given time w/no fault of your own - In order to climb the ladder, you must be willing to travel 99% of the time as this is a requirement for many of the positions - HR is horrible! Seems like they don't know what the other hand is doing - IT dept is the same way. Very frustrating. - Once your project is over, you are kept in a limbo status (arrive to work everyday though!) until a new contract/position comes open and you can apply. If not, you will be canned.
