      Pros

      ability to study while working is a bonus, you can add courses to your personal development plan and have access to an extensive online university. You can shadow senior management with the mentor program and learn from more qualified employees.

      Cons

      it is difficult to move up vertically within the company. Old school culture and very hierarchical. They preach being proactive but are the most reactive company i have ever worked for.

      Pros

      Best place for those who lack actual talent, but want to be pets for their bosses and want to derive a sadistic pleasure by keep the fellow consultants in an irksome situation

      Cons

      Too many pets around senior management Each pet is jealous of the other pet The pets will have more and better opportunities than the non pets who are really talented The organization is interested in acquiring more and more software companies than anything else

      Fulfilling yet challenging tenure with Dimension Data

      Pros

      A good place to boost up your technical expertise, especially when you are in a small team, which makes up about 60-80% across all project teams. Good work culture among the teams. Learnt a lot during my tenure and I am really grateful for the opportunities while I was there.

      Cons

      Fast-paced projects with ambitious deadlines - could compromise on your work-life balance (Being the vendor trying to please the clients). PMO practices are still very immature, the application service pillar always have poor capability management. No proper structure for career growth or personal development - it is very much 'Think for your own future' approach (This doesn't work well for many people)
