No yearly hike .. you need to wait for 3 yrs to get a hike...

Unprofessional managers , no Ethics, they never keep their promise, Immigration team is a joke. No hikes to the employees, no career growth. Career growth : You will never see your Managers or hear from your Managers, until you resign or if they want to kick you out. No promotions based on merit. Merit has nothing to do with your career in NTT. Keeping their promises : This is something NTT is not aware of. Recruiters promise good hikes in 1 yr of joining, which never happens for 5-8 years for sure. They promise to start Green card in 3 months, it will be written "After 3 months" in your offer letter - which means they can wait for next couple of years as well and this is normal process they follow. Immigration Team : NTT data has 1 person handling the entire organization and couple added now, so you never know when your lucky chance comes. Its a miracle to get hold of Immigration Team for your questions or for any information. Overall Employee end up with same compensation for years ahead and all other benefits depend on client he/she will be working for. NTT will not even provide their Employees with an ID Card, forget about other things.
