      -Great learning -Opportunity to travel -Down to earth people who are helpful and great to work with

      -Hard to get rewarded without initiating it yourself -HR Practices are outdated and not consistent in terms of rewards and benefits

      Pros

      OK for laterals but doesn't provide much option as par of career progression.

      Cons

      As titled it is terribly managed company and had been going through many transition phase for its IT wing. Worst management. Doesn't provide much of career option and frustrating,low salary hikes that it completely dependent on manager. Need to go through lot of changes and need smart restructuring / reorganization as a whole.
