- They hire some of the brightest people I've ever met. - Benefits are solid. - I've been lucky to be challenged on good projects.

Cons

- They also hire some of the stupidest people I've ever met. - They are kind of a body shop, meaning high turnover. - There are no good mentors. - Don't invest in training. - Lack many great projects. Lots of staff augmentation.
