      Global solutions. Fair compensation. Solid F100 account list. Recent acquisition by NTT has potential.

      Cons

      Management thinks the employees are too costly. Narrow market focus makes it difficult to expand the business. When it comes to business strategy, it's costs first, clients second. Lack of innovation.

      Good cultural feel and mindset for entrepreneurial spirit, flexible workplace, open communications. Didata fostered a familial atmosphere for those they considered "on board" and capable

      Cons

      Management capabilities were mid tier at best and typically immature. Subservient to Cisco. Under invested to realize management plans and ideas, particularly around managed services and consulting. Leadership appointments were seemingly based on personal/ political relationships
