      Good cultural feel and mindset for entrepreneurial spirit, flexible workplace, open communications. Didata fostered a familial atmosphere for those they considered "on board" and capable

      Cons

      Management capabilities were mid tier at best and typically immature. Subservient to Cisco. Under invested to realize management plans and ideas, particularly around managed services and consulting. Leadership appointments were seemingly based on personal/ political relationships

      Family centered and flexible work environment. Very supportive. Great clients and sales team. Good feedback related to performance. Regional travel.

      Cons

      Weak benefits package. Limited knowledge sharing resources. No group meeting within practice areas. No real healthcare practice. Limited ability to sell services across veritcals.
