      Good for absolutely NOTHING and all their agents from India with no local/SG culture awareness. What a joke.

      Absolutely every rubbish you can think of, they earned it.

      Do you really, really, really like the color green? Are you hoping to find a bigger company that you can be a smaller and smaller part of, with more bureaucracy and closer ties to South Africa? This may be the place for you....

      Cons

      Green, ie money, is the only thing that matters here. If there's anything that can be done to portray a different, more marketable image to the outside world, we might try that......provided it doesn't cost too much. Don't believe the hype. Things are not what they appear to be from the outside looking in. There are scattered pockets of happy cliques, reaffirming to one another that the latest batch of people who left are no better than the batch who left before them, or the batch before them.

      Terrible health insurance starting 2018

      Pros

      They offer bonuses on occasion; paid leave is 'okay'. I don't really have anything else to report but I have to type 20 words.

      Cons

      Their health insurance, especially for people with families, is absolutely horrid and unaffordable. There are better plans through Obamacare. 401k matching is only 3%. Raises are limited.
