      Really Poor management they don't have clue how run a technical project. In Austin, TX location place that I worked, the managers are former Texas Department & Transportation employees HIGHLY INEFFICIENTES.

      Great brand they say to put on your CV.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, backstabbing initiated by your own manager, no ethics on the production floor ( always blaming the employees) The manager i was able to work for projects that the team is a dream team but its not the case. They are not open to new ideas and change and always brag that they've been with the company for nth years! No process tool kit in place and does not care with the employees. Always bad mouthing people which is very absurd. Bullying is rampant and again initiated by the Manager.
