      Pros

      Most of the people I work with make the job bearable. Immediate managers are good, but they have to answer to upper management that doesn't seem to know what they are doing.

      Cons

      Reminds me of an "old school" company where each employee is not valued and expendable. Destroyed the positive culture that existed at Nexus.

      -Top Cisco Partner with everything you would ever want to compete in the crowded Network Space - Very large reach

      Cons

      The large scope makes it very difficult to actually manage engagements. The number of overlapping roles is silly and actually getting a resource to work an opportunity takes a lot of time and patience. Ultimately got too big to be nimble enough to compete. Oh, and I believe they told us we did 20 million in Profit off of 2 Billion in revenue in 2015. hmmmmm
