      Disappointing for a top global employer

      Pros

      Looks like a professional and career advancing employer. Lots of opportunities for training

      Cons

      Management are out of touch with staff, have no idea of the work the staff do and how they contribute to the business. Salaries are below average and workloads are extremely high. Lack of reward for hard work. Dumbfounded at how this company can be called a Top global employer

      Pros

      Good name on your resume. Some good people to work with. Great pay plus bonus.

      Cons

      Sales have very high demand and you will be working 60-70 hour weeks at the minimum. That's expected from you. High level of stress. If deal is lost they blame you, if won you are the king, but wins are forgotten next day. Every other week you will be expected to work on weekends&nights or even on your vacation to get the stuff done. Short-staffed, so lot's of people get burned out quickly. Think about the money you get in paycheck - that's the only way to survive.

      Pros

      The office is in a prime location in the Silicon Valley. The office is nice with great amenities, free food, drinks, and plenty of alcohol. You can bring your dog to the office while you pretend to work.

      Cons

      The employees here are "cliquey" and depending if these certain individuals take their medication it can be down right traumatizing. Most of the employees have been here for a long time and they don't take too kindly to the newcomers. People come into work to socialize and pretend to be doing something of value. Meetings are scheduled weekly to waste more time and discuss the upcoming happy hour festivities at the Hyatt across the street. Be careful when discussing personal matters at work. There are some nosey and toxic people in each department.
