      Pros

      Great pay and good benefits, but overall more Cons than Pros here... I wasn't impressed from Day 1.

      Cons

      - HR is difficult to work with (Oracle - PeopleSoft) and all overseas workers in India. - No effort for a positive change in client relationships. - No interest in improving daily workflows. - Management is disconnected from workers. - Same work day-in, day-out. Not challenging, nor changing. - No love for the work performed; everyone is apathetic with their job. - Many of the employees who were outsourced by NTT DATA are still working there, but disgruntled and are just impossible to work with on a daily basis. Cooperation falls flat on its face.

      Absolutely none. dont even bother

      Cons

      You will be threatened and intimindated You will be made to feel small. You will be told countless lies before entering You will be made to do things you are very uncomfortable with, like throwing friends or colleagues under the bus because of the political nightmare between the 3 BUs You will realise some girls are favoured and promoted faster for some reason. Favouritism and unfairness is clear among the management The HR will not care. They dont. You will release everyone around you is resigning within less than a year, leaders not within the mafia squad resigning quickly You will see screaming and shouting matches in office You will see people pulling rank and pushing blame endlessly

      Pros

      Everything that was good about the firm has been eroded over the past couple of years.

      Cons

      The company in the UK has been going more and more downhill. Bonuses haven't been paid fully for years, pay rises are non-existent and people are very demotivated. Definitely avoid.
