Job Insecurity: The changes, such as the CEO transition and departmental reorganizations, have created a significant sense of job insecurity among employees. Increased Pressure: Managers have become more critical, which feels like a strategy to make it easier to let people go. This has increased stress and reduced morale. Recognition and Rewards: Despite my contributions, including being an award winner and one of the few to receive an increment, the current environment feels less supportive and less rewarding. Rumors of Cost-Cutting: There are rumors of cost-cutting measures and other internal issues, which add to the uncertainty and anxiety.
