Pros

NTT Data is still a good place to work. Huge company and diverse portfolio of businesses and technology.

Cons

We used to be different from the rest, with many added values to our clients. Now the company is moving to be like the rest, same model, same structure, same values. All for profits.

Probably not a bad place to get experience, if you can find an account that hires locally, most don’t.

Cons

Management is truly clueless. The HR model is insulting.

Pros

You can expect Work Life Balance, but this depends on the headcount and resource hiring process of that team. Some TLs or Managers like to stretch their resources to save operating costs. So always ask them during interview to disclose the number of people in the team and the ratios or tickets/calls per day.

Cons

Don't expect additional monetary benefits. You will get fresh fruits every two days, though. Also, kindly request them to be more open about severance packages once they close down projects or lay off people. Currently, there are 3 court cases pending in the Labour court related to unfair termination, improper compensation, and workplace bullying.
