      There were some great people who worked there before they all got outsourced. They are dishonest to their employees

      Pros

      I can't think of anything good to say anymore. When they were Dell Services, it was a good company.

      Cons

      NTT Data Services purchased Dell Services and initially continued Dell's practice of having a good mixture of mature, experienced onshore staff with the less expensive offshore assets. After a couple of years, NTT corporate laid off most of the experienced American and offshore staff, replacing them with people of much less skill. This was to the detriment of their customers.

      Too many to name Woeful opportunities to learn and grow - non existent in most cases. Managers are weak and do not understand how to manage. May I suggest you pick up a book? There is a massive blame culture
