Pros

-friendly employees and friendly culture -nice office -flexible wfh -no office attendance requirement for now -some genuine and capable management -some hidden gems across juniors and leads -no micromanagement

Cons

- mostly staff augmentation with IT consulting + sales mentality - no allocation of time for strategy - no space for creativity or innovation - will promise and agree on doing strategy development to engage with old and new clients but will jump on the body shopping bandwagon at the earliest opportunity to prove revenue metrics for the end of the year and ditch everything else (or subtly influence you to do more work) - billable, billable, billable - not an exec? your opinion only matters superficially - you are required to be and think like them. Whatever you propose will be adjusted before being delivered. - very political - very cheap equipment -very cheap training budget - integration between NTT and Everis is bringing more staff augmentation and bureaucracy. Will take a lot of time before it gets any better Wanna join? dont believe any promise

Pros

NTT Ltd will have a great proposition in a few years time, once the integration, and internal politics are resolved. This review is for NTT UK only, not globally

Cons

NTT is currently being driven into the ground, but senseless decisions, and a clueless exco. The majority of back-end workers are being made redundant, and their jobs outsourced 70% of sales have resigned in the last 6 months, due to unrealistic targets, and am inability to sell what we are told to NTT UK is currently running at an operational loss, meaning constant changes to targets, commission plans, and commission payments For all the social responsibility that marketing produce, NTT Ltd do not care about individuals, you are a number

Pros

Some colleagues at NTT were wonderful, immensely talented and great people to be around.

Cons

NTT is, overall, a company that puts profits above people. Wages are lower than other equivalent global technology organisations, and there is very little career development opportunity offered. You have to fight for HR to even benchmark your role. There has been a mass exodus at NTT in recent months, with many colleagues either being forced out of their jobs, retrenched or feeling they had no option but to find another role. NTT have replaced senior female teams members with men, meaning the senior leadership is now comprised of men over the age of 50 who previously worked together at other companies. No women, little to no diversity, and no younger executives. Women are told repeatedly by HR that their complaints cannot be upheld - despite emails and other written proof being offered. Promotions are offered before they are approved by HR, and then removed months into working in the role. There were complaints made by several members of my team to HR regarding a bullying manager, but nothing was ever done. I found a new job and left. In the last few weeks, several other team members have left. The atmosphere is toxic.
