      Abusive micro-manage culture and literally work their staff 24/7

      - timely salary every month

      Cons

      - micro manage culture - below average market salary and benefits - requires staff to work 24/7 - no work life balance because need to work 24/7 - need to work on weekend and public holiday and no replacement leave or overtime pay - staff backstab each other even on the same team is the norm - your boss will always call you at 1 am and told you to rush a full proposal before 12pm on the same day - every role will be forced to do pre-sales but will not be given pre-sales benefits and commission - company won't pay for training, staff have to pay for their own training - company won't pay for exam unless they have free exam voucher - no planning, everything is done on adhoc basic

      Cons

      Over a year without a CEO, disconnected and dysfunctional leadership team, lack of trust amongst the ranks and morale is at an all time low.
