      Pros

      Salary, Work From Home, Remote, Depending on the account you're on the experience can be great or horrible. Under Ross Perot's leadership the company was outstanding. It started to drop under Dell and has really gotten worse under NTT.

      Cons

      Off-shoring, Benefits, 401k, Management, Reviews. They are in a MAJOR off-shoring push and they hire FAR too many "freshers" and/or 1st level support and try to shoe-horn them into roles over their heads.

      Communication and Training skills is poorly

      Pros

      Flexibility, at least you can make up work time if appointments are schedule

      Cons

      The management give their employees 5 minutes training, does not train well, and expect the employees to know the process in a week, but when questions are sent to management NO RESPONSES, they dont provide feedback, they give errors 3 months later without any notification, and accepts their employees to accept the errors.
