      Pros

      Some very capable staff especially the on-shored India managers.

      Cons

      A mess of acquisitions, internal rivalries, cliques and diverging strategies. Near impossible to get anything done.

      Ignore the hype this is a body shop

      Some great people to spend time with inside and outside of work.

      Cons

      As other reviews have highlighted the UK business of NTT DATA is really a body shop. There is a big HR and marketing push (tube adverts, website, banners etc.) to make out that the UK business is some cool innovation consulting unit leveraging assets from Japan. This is totally untrue. The place is a body shop with limited opportunities for consulting. It's all IT services, which is great if that's what you join for, but not so great if you come expecting consulting or innovation projects to work on.

      The excellent Dimension Data companies are a great place to work, with some exceptions (see Cons).

      Cons

      The US divisions of the otherwise excellent Dimension Data companies are inexplicably unwilling to accept that they are owned by Dimension Data, which is a fatal flaw that will ultimately harm Dimension Data. If you join this company and accidentally let anyone know that you believe that the Dimension Data acquisition (which happened more than three years ago) your job will be in jeopardy: you will likely be ostracized and eventually fired without warning. Don't accept a job for Dimension Data in the US. You will regret it.
