      Growing pains , never seem to simmer

      Pros

      Unfortunately, this list is decreasing by the day, but lets try - yes, Global company with varied opportunities. Reasonable policies and benefits. Good Opportunities and very friendly co-workers.

      Cons

      The strategy for growth which is primarily acquisition does not seem to work . All the good consultants leave as they do not want to handle big company bueracracy. Primarily a staffing firm , there are a very few large customer engagements with managed services and this situation does not seem to improve inspite of the numerous acquisitions.. The entire support organization like Finance and HR are a joke and sure shot opportunities for outsourcing.

      Pros

      Good for the first two years (get your best initial salary), then management is looking to replace experience with cheaper recruits.

      Cons

      Inexperienced middle management and senior management is looking for it's next bonus by meeting economic performance goals by sacrificing experienced consultants. Benefits are marginal and raises are unheard of. You are on your own for continuing education.
