      The company is breaking the borders of your mind, you can always participate in the development and advice, do great things together with creative and smart people. Real open-door policy with VPs and other Executive managers regardless of your current title.

      Cons

      If you are a hard worker, be ready you work over nights and days. But it brings you a lot of positive energy and you can see the value of this work!
