      Nagarro can be a starting point for your career if you are planning to join politics.

      Pros

      The top management is good talented people working for the welfare of the employees. People are involved in the decision making activities including policies making. Nagarro has some very good projects and ample learning opportunities but you can get this only if you are lucky. Read cons for clarity.

      Cons

      Politics throughout the organization. Policies not in place. Harassment at work. No work life balance. Bullish managers. Work from home based on managers approval.. Appraisal on the same. Raise your opinion to invite trouble. No appraisal no work from home. Poor management practices. Middle management that most people deal with is full of politics. The policies made are crap for middle management you can't raise your voice what so ever. No professionalism at all. Management is neither qualified nor has much experience about how an IT company works. Managers considers themselves as owners and people working under him as slaves, while the top management considers everyone equal and are very understanding. Criteria for hiring managers is very simple the delivery managers compare the candidates with them and whoever has an IQ lower than they do is hired.

      Dear ex-colleague, The last few reviews on the site were very good but yours is a reminder that there is always more work to be done. And that's a good thing. Thanks for being frank about what you experienced while simultaneously recognising how hard we are working to create a great company culture... even if the vibe hasn't yet percolated throughout the organization. I have meetings with all Gurgaon-based DMs, PCEOs and TLs next week and will definitely bring up some of the points you mention. The bigger change will come when the new HR systems will come online in the coming months. These systems will cover hiring, performance management, resourcing etc. and are being configured to match our target company culture. Some critical pieces we are even making ourselves since out of the box solutions aren't visionary enough. I apologise for your experience and meanwhile wish you all the best at your new job. I hope you will reconsider Nagarro again and will come back to a uniformly superior company. Best regards, Manas Fuloria

      Worst employee satisfaction

      Pros

      Salary is quite good. Need to improve mindset of senor management towards employes's need and satisfaction.

      Cons

      Nagarro Does not value to employee dedication towards work. The biggest reason of failure of big project. Even Nagarro senior management is biased to old and new employee and does not value to new employe's dedication towards work. This discrimination is also tend employee to dissatisfaction towards work and project. Work culture is worst.

      Dear ex-colleague, I regret that this is the experience you had at Nagarro, as this is absolutely not the intent and core values on which we base Nagarro. We are all about people. To your point about discrimination between older and newer people, we cannot afford to have a bias towards 'older' people - the speed at which we have grown, we have more new people than old people (only 20% of Nagarro employees have been here more than 3 years). The company is being made and taken forward by new people. This is true across the various roles (whether it is sales teams, BU Heads, practice heads, architects, directors, managers, or developers). I agree that projects will fail if team members are not motivated and their dedication is not recognized by everyone. But I believe that we do a decent job of it. I am sorry that you felt differently in this regard. We value people who value us above everything else. Still, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Your experience means that we have to do even better in some of these areas. It goes to say that we can never rest and while most people are happy about our culture and work environment, it doesn't mean every one is.

      Not job security, no good projects, sit idle and frustrated People hire for any other Technology but projects allotted other skill set. Mostly UI tasks
