      Worst Company, Joining this company can destroy your career

      Pros

      No job safety they are silently fired more than 2000 people last year. They just follow use and throw rules. They destroy the carrier of freshers.

      Cons

      1. They will hire you just for the company reputation and keep you on bench for a very long time and fire you whenever they want. 2. HR don't even reply if you ask them anything shows how they didn't care about you. 3. Worst work culture. 4. They are always laying off silently giving lame reasons. 5. They will put you on bench for months then provide you with worst project with irrelevant skills. Will suggest not to join this company.

      Nagarro’s offices are good. Feels nice to work there.

      Cons

      - HRs are rude and do not listen to you if you ask for a good increment. They would give increment according to their benefit. Would not even bother taking the latest feedback from managers. - They would give you salary equal to the freshers they hire even if you have 3 years of working experience in the same company. And again, HR would not listen, even if you tell them that. - Assigning projects are not relevant to your skills and years of experience. As a fresher I was put in a project that required 3 years of experienced developer. Stressful.

      None, just few people who were stuck there because of some personal reasons, otherwise no one can work in that toxic environment

      Cons

      MD, directors and even staff under these people (Favorites) there is arrogant and seems to think that they are superior to others. No idea why they think they are superior even though their education and experience not so exceptional nor that they have achieved anything great in their career.
