      Not much. Nagarro doesnt offer the same ethics like they were

      Many people are on bench, Internal lay offs are.going on and which is kept silent. Targeting mostly people on bench. If in Nagarro and you are on bench ,. Please start looking for new opportunities

      Pros

      It used to be caring as they suggest but not anymore.

      Cons

      People are getting fired. They claim they are working remote because their MD mailed all the employees but employees are getting fired because they refuse to come to office. They are giving several useless reasons to do so. Every 2nd post on LinkedIn is someone from Nagarro who was recently let go. They can atleast accept that they are NOT REMOTE and they are FIRING employees.
