      1. Small scale projects. 2. Less Onsite opportunities but Excellent increments overcomes this.

      Thank you for your review here on Glassdoor. It gives me a lot of pleasure to see that you find working at Nagarro worth your time. I think we are one of the best companies around to work at - both from a quality of work and focus on people perspective. I think I can make a quick comment or two about the couple of cons that you describe. We are by nature a company which tries to pick up complex problems to solve for our customers. So sometimes they tend to be smaller in duration or size. But we have projects which have large teams and have been going on for a long time. We do not have templates that mandate onsite positions in a project - and so, we give onsite positions only for projects which really require them. Having said that, about 15-20% of the company is located outside India. If you have any suggestions, questions, issues, etc. please do not hesitate to reach out to me or anyone else in the senior management or HR teams. Thanks again for taking the time to review us here.

      Not managing the people well on bench

      Thanks for an awesome review. Yes, we are an awesome place to work. Regarding your advice on bench management, I do agree that we always improve, but I must tell you that management of people on bench is something that we focus on quite rigorously. We don't like to maintain a very large bench (compared to other IT services companies) but whatever we do have, we are trying to get better at managing. I would be interested in listening to any specific suggestions or observations you have in this regard. If you would like to do this, please reach out to me in the office.       1) good environment 2) great Hikes 3) Great CEO 4) Different technologies you can work upon

      Cons

      1) multiple building , Hard to Travel 2) onsite opportunities are very less and stick to some specific people.

      Dear colleague, "Great CEO"! Made my day. Thanks for the vote of confidence. I am trying to learn how to keep in touch with all my colleagues and also to keep the company pointed in the right direction as we grow rapidly. We do have many buildings, ranging from small ones to big ones, because of this same fast growth. Our latest building(s) are much larger and will help us to consolidate. We are also planning a campus in Gurgaon. We do have onsite opportunities but since we are typically doing a lot more than onsite staffing, these may be relatively fewer than in some companies. I do think we could run a program to convince our customers that more onsite rotation is good for understanding, trust and morale. Will keep this in mind. Thanks for writing here. Best regards, Manas
