Lots of variation in salary. Person with same years of experience (5 years) has a difference of 12 lakhs. A is getting 12 lac and B is getting 24 lac. Because B has shared an offer letter. And they have retained.My suggestion here to person A please don't do hard work in project you should work with other HR and try to fetch offer letter from the market. Dumb Talent Acquisition person.
