-CTC Restructuring Option to avail tax free reimbursements -Fun and cultural activities -One Time Offered CTC on Joining -Flexi Timings

Cons

- Might be good for Java , .Net and Sharepoint people but certainly not for other niche technologies. -Skills degrade over the period of time -Worst Resource Management Group. - Inefficient HR Department. HR works according to Manager's notion. No self stand of HR in issues with Managers. - Non Technical and non efficient Managers getting promoted on higher designations on the basis of relationships with superiors.
