Good quality of work in some project.

Cons

All earlier benefit come to cons in company. appraisal amount got down heavily, in some cases more lesser than industry standard. one can not get Skill set matching work in current organisation structure. RM is still week point of company.

* Random technology and project allocation * No system in place to judge an employee's true potential * Uneven quality of work allocation to individuals with same level of training / years of experience * Reduced appraisals since second half of 2017
