Company is all about employee. Nagarro always welcome brightest mind. Always feel like I'm surrounded by good positive thoughts. Great in management processes & organisational structure.

Cons

Infrastructure. Nagarro should start new branches in NCR like Noida or Faridabaad

Pros

Enjoyed a lot working here. Nice appraisals (not anymore) Average number of holidays Good work life balance (depends upon project)

Cons

Poor (very very poor) resourcing team. Better stay away from them at any cost. They don't know how to utilise resources in an efficient manner or how to empower people skills. ONSITE A REAL MYTH. Manager centric (few managers are nice though) Hard to change/switch project internally due to bad resourcing team.
