I have been in technical domain since last 10 years. They hired me a the same role even made me buy out from previous organisation and later on when I joined Nagarro I was being offered a PMO role. When I raised this concern they literally shifted thumbs on me stating the position is gone now you need to show some flexibility. Someone whose entire experience has been into technical domain and you have PMO role to offer that employee in the name of flexibility. This is really unethical. Also they made me travel 600kms+ by saying its really important you need to take this client call from office and when I went yo office BU head said. Do you have any invite for the call? I said no then she was like then there is no client call. I had a medical condition I clearly explained them but still they made me travel 600kms+. That’s inhumane and shows lack of empathy. CARING is just a word for them. I DONOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.

There’s hardly any motivation here for someone who genuinely wants to excel in their field. Upper management politics heavily impacts employees, and promises made in the CTC, like the organizational bonus, are never fulfilled. The usual excuse is that EBITDA targets weren’t met, yet they spend on events like FLO to market themselves. When it comes to salary hikes, they repeat the same excuse of “we can’t afford it,” while at the same time investing in new offices and buildings in cities like Hyderabad—offices that employees hardly even visit for a few days in a month. It’s clear they’re more focused on saving money and filling their own pockets rather than rewarding their people.
