      Monday-Friday flexible schedule and you are able to work remote.

      Cons

      Managers are not organize, projects would come in and you will have to do your own research to learn about the project instead of getting support from team member or manager.

      Good package. Good hr activities.

      Cons

      Project allocation is very bad. You can get get project which is not based on your skill. Once taken in project you can not leave project before 18 months.
