Earlier It was lot better at Nagarro. Learning Courses free of cost Subscription is a plus . Flexi Declaration at each level gives u tax saving option Awards and Appreciation.

Cons

Project Allocation strategy is very poor Only Hire if you have projects for that tech stack , not for keeping employees to bench and then assigning them to some other tech stack.

Good Salary is the only pro.

Cons

No one will hear you out Management from other companies push their way of doing and goes into conflict. Anyone takes interview for any role. No flexibility.

Good Front end work. Salary offered is good and lenient interview process.

Cons

Bad hikes, no salary increase on promotion. Projects are not of enterprise level, these are mostly client side projects or from very small clients which do not give good exposure.
